请您在点击同意我们依据相关法律制定了《隐私政策》,之前仔细阅读并充分理解相关条款:
本政策适用于 义乌市赢星管理有限公司所开发和运营的移动应用程序WinHome APP(以下简称“本应用”)
1. 信息收集(Information Collection)
我们会收集以下类型的信息:
账户信息:包括用户名、客户编号、公司名称等(由我司销售或管理系统分配,不支持用户自行注册)。
订单信息:您在本应用中浏览、选择并提交的商品和数量。
设备信息:包括设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符等,用于提升服务稳定性。
第三方SDK信息收集:为识别您的设备并预防恶意程序及反作弊、提高服务安全性、保障运营质量及效率,我们会手机您的设备信息(包括IMEI、设备序列号、OAID、MEID、Android ID、IMSI、GUID、MAC地址、SIM卡序列号)、已安装APP信息或运行中的进程信息。
扫码信息:您使用相机扫描我司提供的商品二维码时,我们会解析二维码信息并跳转至相应商品详情页。
分享记录:当您将商品详情通过微信或 WhatsApp 分享时,我们仅记录分享操作,不会收集或存储分享的内容。
2. 信息使用(Information Usage)
我们收集的信息将用于:
为您提供商品浏览与下单功能;
与您确认订单详情及发货事宜;
优化和改进应用性能及用户体验;
保障应用安全和防止异常使用。
3. 信息共享(Information Sharing)
我们不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方。仅在以下情况会共享信息:
公司内部系统同步:订单及账户信息会与我司内部管理系统同步。
法律要求:根据法律法规、司法机关或监管部门的要求披露信息。
4. 权限说明(Permissions)
本应用将请求以下权限:
相机权限:用于扫描商品二维码。
存储权限:用于缓存商品图片,提升加载速度。
网络权限:用于访问公司服务器并加载商品数据。
第三方应用调用:用于将商品链接分享到微信、WhatsApp 等外部应用。
5. 信息存储与安全(Data Storage & Security)
您的账户及订单数据将存储在我司安全服务器中,并采取加密保护措施。
我们会定期审查数据存储和处理流程,防止数据泄露、丢失或被非法访问。
6. 用户权利(User Rights)
您有权:
查看和核对您的账户信息与订单记录;
联系我司客服要求更正或删除您的信息(法律法规另有规定的除外);
了解本隐私政策的变更情况。
7. 未成年人保护(Minor Protection)
本应用面向我司客户,不针对未成年人开放注册。若发现未成年人信息被收集,将立即删除。

9. 用户权利实现路径(如何行使)
查询/复制/更正/删除个人信息:进入 App「我的」,或发送邮件至 cmo2@winningstargroup.com(我们将在15个工作日内响应并处理)。
撤回授权/关闭权限:系统设置 → 应用管理 → WinHome → 权限,关闭相机、相册/照片、通知等权限。关闭后不影响此前基于您同意开展的处理。
账号注销:进入 App「我的-注销账号」提交申请;或发送邮件至 cmo2@winningstargroup.com(主题:账号注销),我们将在15个工作日内处理并反馈。
个人信息副本获取:发送邮件至 cmo2@winningstargroup.com 申请导出,我们将在核验身份后按您的请求提供。

Account Information: We create customer accounts based on the information stored in our internal management system. Customers cannot register accounts themselves.
Order Information: Details of the products you browse and orders you place through the App.
Device Information: Basic technical data such as device type, operating system, and app usage logs, for performance and security purposes.
Third-party SDK Information Collection: To identify yourdevice,prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating.enhance service security,and ensure operational qualityand efficiency We will provide you with your deviceinformation (includinglMEl, device serial number, OAlDMElD, Android lD, lMSl, GUlD, MAc address, SlM cardserial number),installed APP information or running process information.
Camera Access: Used only for scanning QR codes to quickly navigate to specific product pages.
Sharing Function: When you choose to share product details via WeChat or WhatsApp, the App will redirect you to the selected platform; we do not store the content you share.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide browsing and ordering functions for our products.
Identify your account and ensure secure access.
Process and record your orders.
Allow QR code scanning for product navigation.
Facilitate product detail sharing to WeChat or WhatsApp.
Contact you after you place an order for confirmation.
3. No Online Payment
Our App does not include online payment functions. All orders placed through the App will be confirmed by our sales team before any transaction is processed.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following cases:
With our internal sales team for order processing.
When required by law or legal processes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

9. Your Rights and How to Exercise
Access/Copy/Rectify/Delete: Go to “Me” in the App, or email us at cmo2@winningstargroup.com. We will respond and process within 15 working days.
Withdraw Consent / Disable Permissions: System Settings → Apps → WinHome → Permissions, then disable Camera, Photos/Albums, Notifications, etc. Disabling does not affect prior processing based on your consent.
Account Deletion: Go to “Me → Delete Account”, or email cmo2@winningstargroup.com with subject “Account Deletion”. We will process within 15 working days.
Data Portability (Copy): Email cmo2@winningstargroup.com to request a copy. We will verify your identity and provide the data as required.
